This is the spot where you’re supposed to talk about your profession and so on. But I don’t define myself by profession. I’m a bit of a scribe, a bit of an actor, I paint a bit. A bag of tricks, basically. I get on so far, rolling up my spool of synchronicity, tripping along in my enchanted way through a disenchanted world. More than anything else, I suppose what I like best is reading good stories to children, and making things.

Theatre, in its grandest sense, has been the greatest teacher. Whether in the sanctum or on the stage, these places are special, these times are different from other times. And it’s so important to give the special people in our lives the magical gift of time. Not leaving out, to be sure, that other special person: the stranger.
